I'm was soooo close to finishing it! I have 4 weeks to go and have already done 10 mo. The problem is, I think my urine test is gonna come up pos. for booze. The only time I've drank in 10 mo! If it does, they're gonna set me back a few months. I've been working a double shift as a caretaker and running(yes, actually running) to this program 5 days a week, 3 hrs. a day, and I dont know if I can keep up that schedule too much longer. I've already done a month of house arrest for this incident last year. Also, I ws supposed to contact my probation officer every 3 months until I finish the program and I have not, nor have the courts contacted me. Is this something that I will get screwed with if they contact me later on and I have not completed my court obligations? I would hate to start from scratch, I feel that I've worked too hard already, and sacrificed so much time and effort. I've been clean as a whistle and feel that I totally messed up over a few glasses of wine over dinner.

You'd get free room, board and meals for awhile. Say Hi to Paris.

First of all not all Judge's are cold-hearted jerks who do not take all the circumstances into consideration. The consequences of your actions were explained when the court handed down sentencing. The best thing you can do is face the music. While it will totally suck (as they put it) it will clean the slate. Also you have gained insight from the School of Hard Knocks. Go to your Probation officer, explain your fears, let your merits show brightly and maybe you wont end up in Castle Grey Skull after all. To continue to avoid the issue shows immaturity. Man up...

If you drop out, you are in big trouble!! You also need to contact your probation officer, if you do not, a warrant could be issued for your arrest, so contact him and it will be alright. Booze leaves your system quickly, so don't be too worried about that (about 72 hours or less). Do not drop out, if they think you can't complete the program, they are more likely to put you in jail..I know it's hard, but you can't give up because of one screw-up. STOP DRINKING!!!

with out understanding the unique conviction/plea deal tricky to assert what can ensue with out extra info, yet frequently once you drop out you have broken the courtroom order and could enable the courtroom to assert revoke the plea deal and take you to trial you, revoke the outpatient deal and deliver you to tricky time, make you do all of it over again in case you have long gone this some distance it would be a waste to blow it now, chucking up the sponge won't make this difficulty bypass away, so regardless of if it seems to be 8 weeks it would be extra suitable then penal complex, commencing over, boost probation

What did the judge say were your consequences would be if you had not finished. Sounds to me you don't respect your self enough to stay out of trouble. But eventually you will learn and if you don't you will have 3 hots and a cot. It doesn't matter what you feel you still have to take responcibility for all your actions. Good luck.

If you don't complete your court obligations you'll be in violation of your parole and will probably go back to jail.

You think? I believe you more than think!

The worst thing you can do is drop out. Keep up with that and you'll end up in jail!

If you drop out it will set you back farther than if you were to fail the test.

Been there, done that!
