He was stuck in his mother for an hour and a half. But he was fine yesterday. but today fluid was coming out of his nose. Does anyone know what this could be??

He is fine other wise
My vet is closed
and the nearest one is two hours away
just wanted to have some ideas before I run to the vet.

Could be amniotic fluid that was still in the puppies sinus cavity or lungs. This fluid is what the puppy breaths before being born.
It is very important to ensure a puppy does not inhale amniotic fluid as this can cause aspirated pneumonia.(respiratory distress from getting the fluid in the lungs)
Clean the puppies nose.
Call your vet and ask if there's something you can do at home for the puppy and any advice for care for the next 8 weeks or so...(If vet is closed call a 24 hour vet clinic for advice till your vet opens)

My Shih Tzu was doing the same about a month ago. Turned out he had a corneal ulcer and the pain alone made him feel like crap! Go to the vet ASAP! If its the same thing as mine she could go blind in the eye she has the ulcer if thats the problem!!

Look in his mouth and make sure he doesn't have a cleft pallet.
