Was your rose a white zin? It's loaded with sugar and you may know that the sweeter the drink, the harder the headache. Avoid white zin and sweet wines in the future. As for now, a greasy burger and fries, some excedrin and coffee. The grease absorbs alcohol and is like the best medicine for hangovers.

Water , water, water...
That is the only cure for a handover. Hangover's are caused from dehydration. You have to rehydrate, and coke or other sodas, aren't going to rehydrate you. If you need a quick fix take and Aleve with you water, but if you drink daily, I don't suggest you take any OTC meds. Also, cold cloth on you forehead ina quiet room. Staring at the computer will probably make you headache worse also.

Have some aspirin or something like that, but the key is drink a lot of water, 2 liters minimum. This will help your body get rid of toxins as well as replenish your hydration levels, there are more reasons to it that I'm not fully aware, but drinking a lot of water cured all of my hanghovers. Try it and vote for me when your done.

First of all, it's the sulfites in the wine, some people are more prone to a reaction. Take a B-12 and a B complex vitamin, and a Centrum Silver (no iron for the liver). And a couple Advil and water. And eat something fatty. Dunno why it works, but it does!

Set your personal computer alarm to ring hourly—stand up for 1 to 5 minutes whenever it goes off.

From breakfast, go ahead and consume orange juice. But throughout the rest of the day, focus on water instead of juice or soda

Enroll in an active skill class, such as sculpture or maybe ceramics.
