This is a serious question , and yes you should get it looked at if it has been there for more than a few days. Don't know how old you are but testicular cancer is most prevalent in males 15 to 28 years old. A hard peas size lump is one of the first signs as well as a feeling of heaviness in the lower abdominal area. do not let embarrassment stop you from going to see a doctor. It could be an infection or the spermatic chord(epididimus) but don't just wait and hope it is nothing. You could be saving your future fertility, as well as your life.
