Stay relaxed. Anytime you feel extreme cramping, don't panic! Curling into a ball, digging your nails into your arm, grabbing your stomach, all those things will just further and prolong the pain. Tell yourself that the pain will pass (and honestly it will) then do your best to tolerate it. Also, focus on really happy things, like things you're looking forward to or fun things you've done in the past. Also, avoid greasy foods at all costs. Eating fish while on your period has been highly recommended. I've never tried it because I don't like fish but I'm sure it's probably helpful. You'll make it! Hope I helped some.

Asprin- and im not so sure that the 3rd answer down is right, well it will disolve but it can have odd effects on you so dont crush, half, or dissolve any tablet that isnt designed to do so, i read something about it years ago, i might be wrong but worth the risk for £2

Soluble co-codamol, but all soluble painkillers are very high in sodium and can increase BP and cause tummy probs. If you have real difficulty swallowing tablets, try some paracetamol elixir (syrup form).

Hope this helps

I suffer with sciatic pain and the only soluble tablet that gives me a measure of relief is Solpadeine Plus. I,ve tried others and have'nt found any that are as effective.

Paracetamol have brought out coated capsules that go down easily with water.
Most dissolvable pain killers taste awful.

Almost all types of pain killers can be bought as effervescent tablets........ co-codamol are about the best but careful as with all tablets.

Dissolvable paracetamol or dissolvable aspirin. Both are readily available.

Just buy the baby liquid pain relievers. They usually have an adult dose on the label.
