I have exercised to within an inch of my life. I've improved my self image, I socialise more, yet to no avail. WHAT THE **** DO YOU WANT FROM ME????

I do listen to them. for the record, I am not aggressive. I try to be as nice as pie and as unobtrusive as possible. Yet iam still treated like dirt. Why?

I just can't be bothered any more. Whats the point in pretending? You women demand the impossible, andI just cannot deliver.

Seriously, though, women want a guy who will listen to them and support them and not abandon them when things get tough. That's hard to communicate with a first impression, but other good qualities can be communicated. Be confident, but not self-centered. If you can show a woman that you are comfortable with yourself just the way you are, then it will be vastly easier for her to be comfortable with you too.

Take it slow, and don't get so frustrated.

It's GREAT that you're trying, but maybe you're working on the wrong things...

PERSONALITY is far, far more important than looks. A sense of humor -- ESPECIALLY about yourself -- is priceless. Being polite, open, friendly and thoughtful is essential. Stop thinking about yourself so much and think about being nice and friendly.

And most of all -- the MOST IMPORTANT thing -- LISTEN when a woman talks. Actually give her your FULL attention (although, I'm not really sure this is something men can do -- I've certainly never SEEN one do it) while she is speaking.

Women want the "Total Package"!

Thrilling/bad boy, up to a point. Then they want a sensitive, caring "nice guy" (but ONLY when they want you to be)

They want someone smart, good-looking, caring, passionate, loves animals, confident, not arrogant, active, fun, etc.

It is a new age! Women don't need men anymore. They will only settle down with someone that fits exactly what they want!

It doesn't matter what they tell you they want, once you give it to them they will look for the opposite again. You will never be able to keep up with a woman's changing mind. Just do your own thing mate and leave them to it. They will come if they are interested, just don't fall over yourself to please then cos it will blow up in your face eventually.

i hope your views wont always stay like this, you just havent met the right person. i admit, there are alot of females out there that do just try to get whatever they can out of men (SlApPeRs) but theyre all so self centered. (like chelsea from eastenders). you can get dome nice females that will genuinely like you for who you are and accept you the way you are. were not all bad, jut the ones that wear revealing clothes and 5 inches of makeup!

Dude, when you find the answer to this one...email me! I've been married over 15 years to a wonderful woman and still haven't learned the answer to this. I really don't think that there is an answer. Confusing huh?
