I want to get to know men and i am not shy but i want to be successful with the right man. If i am forward in coming up to a man and being friendly is that a ''no no'' with a man. Does he want to be the one pursuing? I don't mean ''coming on'' to him either. I mean genuine human communication with the opposite sex to get something started or to find out if that person is material for a relationship. thanks.

Come on, what year are we living in? You can approach anybody, you don't have to wait on someone to approach you. You shouldn't wait, you could be passing up an opportunity to meet some great. You might not date the person, but you two could become good friends. Believe me, you want to have a few male friends anyway, if for no other reason, to give you pointers with guys and help you to know when one is doing you wrong/right. Nobody knows men better than men.

Anyone who say's no to your question is either stuck in the 1950's or was raised by somebody who was. Today's style's are different than what they were. Women should not feel the need to live life waiting for something to happen. They should (and allot do) make it happen. So yes, it is perfectly acceptable for you to start a conversation with a man.

Being too forward with a guy, can make him feel like he is being chased and that isn't so good. A lot of guys are attracted to the ones who ignore them the most. That's when they do the chasing. Let him know you like him, then let him chase you.

yes you should be forward with a man. in today's society it is more than fine for a woman to be forward a man. i personally find a woman who is forward with me even more attractive.

Guys love when women come up to us and talk to us.. are you crazy? Nothing is more flattering than that! We don't like it when a fugly girl throws herself at us.. theres a big differance.. but if your decent looking.. go ahead.. be forward.

well that's what i do, and some guys get turned on by a girl who is confident enough to make the first move. some guys dont like it at all. depends where you look.
