what have you doen how much did you lose i really need to lose wieght i go to the gym three times a week for an hour but i eat a lot

good thing you eat a lot because you cant lose fat if you starve yourself - you just have to make healthy food choices.
and you need to increase your time at the gym - 3 days is not enough for weight loss.
find daily calorie intake calculator on the net, enter all your stats and it will tell you how many calories you need a day to maintain, take off 300-400cal off that number and thats how much you need to lose.
eat 5-6 small meals a day (eat every 2-3 hours - it optimizes your metabolism)
5-8 servings of fruit and veggies a day
8 glasses of water
have complex carbs for breakfast - they give you energy
have protein (lean meat, legumes etc) for dinner - repairs muscle
cardio is the only fat burning exercise 4-6 times a week for 30-50min (ideally 45min because the first 20-30min body burns carbs and only then starts burning fat), light weight training (more muscle=faster metabolism)
dont consume foods that are made of white flour (white bread, cakes, pasta etc.), sugar loaded foods (cookies, icecream, candy etc) and nothing fried, oily.
ofcourse you can spoil yourself once in a while with a little treat:)

I would suggest a cleansing diet. I lost 12 pounds in 9 days and then 28 pounds in less than a month. I also lost a lot of inches too! practice eating a healthy diet and be active.eat more smaller meals throughout the day rather than larger, fewer meals.

If you must eat a lot (which is unlikely), substitute the bad foods you'd normally choose with healthier choices like fruits and vegetables. you'd be surprised how your body will respond given some time.

Going to the gym a lot and eating a lot (depending on what you are eating) is only confusing your body and messing with your metabolism. You'll only be telling your body to hold onto fat and store it rather than to burn it off by being active.

low fat low carb high protein diet it works for me portion control 5 times a day 1 hour cardio 0 min strength train and abbs that works for me and also once a month i detox my body for a week i eat raw foods whichis healthy an d by doing this i lost weight that i needed to

diet and excercise. you can NOT just do diet alone. you to gain musle and strength. Try a diet and join a gym! :]

you eat alot? well cut down ur portions and u will lose weight.
