At anytime in your life have you ever been runnin' or even walkin' across your yard or someone elses yard and stepped on a rake that was hidin' in th grass and it come up and hit you ... just like in the cartoons? ; )

Yes! A few times. Boy, I felt stupid! At least I was in the backyard. You can reall feel the whack, tho.

I walked into a friends yard early one morning and stepped on the edge of a rake and it made me do a somersault and land on my butt in the leaves, it hit me in the shoulder--it spooked a squirrel which ran up my friends front and jumped off his head into a tree and he fell over backward. I laughed until I thought I would croak.

A girl in high school (we are talking 20 years ago here!) during a track meet stepped on the end of the rack by the long jump sand pit and the handle hit her in the nose. It gave her 2 black eyes!

Yes, I think so when I was about 7 or something. I am clumsy and I'm always bumping into things and tripping over stuff.

I also stepped on the edge and it went right through my foot taking me to the emergency room ...Just to get a tetanus shot nothing they could do.
