I receievd a virus throuh Instant Messenger and ran spy bot and AVG anti virus and I deleted the quarantined files. I do not remember the virus name. Everything seems to be working fine but when i re-start I get this annoying prompt 'windows cannot find' 'c:\windows\system32\uknrbigh\lsass.exe.' and could not load or run 'c:\windows\system32\uktnrbigh\lsass.exe' I did the following...Click Start|Run and enter regedit.exe and click OK.
Browse to H_Key_Local_Machine\Software\M...
You will probably see an entry pointing to c:\windows\system32\uktnrbigh\...
Delete this entry. If you don't find it at the location I specified then while still in Regedit press F3 and search for uktnrbigh and delete all instances that it finds.

I attempted this and was unsucessful. Is it possible i have to re-intsall these files? If so I have a Dell what CD would they be located in? If not what should I do? Thanks.

Did you run the antivirus programs in Safe Mode? If not, it is possible you missed a self-executable file.

If it were me, I would first run all antivirus software in Safe Mode, Restart.

If there remains a problem, you can try a Windows Repair. Here is some information on it:
