anorexia nervosa and bulimia are psychological problems and you cant just get them suddenly - if you have it you know it but you deny it.
exercising, eating healthy and wanting to be healthy is not an eating disorder -its a great thing and you should be proud of yourself.

Those are psychological disorders. They are not something you "get" They can develop only when actions are taken ie throwing up or not eating. Watching what you eat and exercising are good ways to avoid guilty feelings that may lead to those disorders later on.

Sounds fine, as long as you don't cut out important things such as fish/meat/dairy. Set yourself a reasonable target weight as well. Once you reach the weight, don't push yourself to do more and more, or you could end up with either of those.

It depends. It seems possible.
Watch how she behaves, if she becomes obsessive and secretive about her eating habits.
Reinforce good eating habits, and try raising her self-esteem. Limit her exposure to anything that'll promote extreme thinness. (Fashion magazines, Certain Celebrities, etc.) I don't know if it's possible though.
If you really start to expect and eating disorder, please get her help. It's generally easier to get over the less time a person has been sucked into it.

You don't "get" anorexia or bulimia. It's a mental thing, and is much more complicated than dieting :K

you cant "catch" anorexia or bulimia. You get it when you dont eat, or eat then throw up. As long as you dont do those things, you're safe.

You shouldn't worry about your weight at that age. But if you are trying to be healthy you are doing great -you won't regret it when you are older :)
