I have recently gained alot of muscle mass by eating more than I usually do. I am going camping for three days, and I need some suggestions of food to bring that won't go bad and will help me keep this weight on. Thanks

a lot of trail mix. my favorite sugar and protein rush is "payday" candy bars. Pre freeze some marinated steak in a zip lock baggie. by supper time on day one it will be defrosted and ready to cook. I also make up my own teryaki beef jerkey ahead of time. MRE's are good. and 3 days of camp food won't cause a loss of muscle mass. Just lean down your fatty tissue some.

Well if you're taking a cooler. You could always get lunch meat. That's what we did when we went camping. We bought individual wrapped lunch meat that way we could open it and eat it whenever. You can also take chips or look in your dried food section at the grocery store and they usually have alot of different things in there that would be good to take on a camping trip.

Hope you enjoy yourself.

canned stuff!! when i go i camping, i love to bring those really beefy soup cans. hmmm,... baked beans, potatoes are always good while camping. Some of the freeze dried stuff is actually really good, maybe you should look into that. The only down side to freeze dried is that they are generally really expensive. anyway
hope that helped some!
