I think i so that it was under a ground and is a real tunnel of stone and soil but what i ment was connected to all euroupe and to the Asian area but you must need a tranportation first like a boat because this floating train station must have a safe zone, so other old fashion transport like the big boat can pass trough but i dont know what kind of design but i know this very well about a foating houses maybe this system can help and build some station that look like this oil platform so the train can also turn to left or right for direction of the train are heading?

So the Station will be having a original boat like a fire-man other helping system if something would happened to the train. and the train will have a system for emergency like airbag so it will float every one wagon of the train can desconect or release it self in case of emergency and this float like a boat if you dont want a air-bag?
