The most significant source is fish such as salmon. Another major source is nuts (not peanuts). Everything else is pretty much way down the totum pole. Wheat germ oil is also high in Vitamin E, but it goes rancid pretty fast after opening and clouds when you refrigerate.

My mom was researching this and i asked her about it. she said green leafy vegetables and carrots were good. we also have these gel capsule things that you take if you are not getting enough. I think you can get them at a health store or something.
