No it's not a written contract. Judgments have their own statute of limitations

Judgments in some states can be renewed once, in some states they can be renewed over and over and in some states they cannot be renewed.

As far as going to jail for not paying a money debt judgment - no there is no debtors prison !!!

Though if they hold an asset hearing and you fail to show, you could be held in contempt of court and there is a possibility of a a fine or some jail time

No.

With a contract, if you break it you can be sued.

If you walk away from a judgment, you will go to jail.

By judgement do you mean in a court of law? If the judge lays down a ruling it is binding, unless you go to appeals. If you have a judgement against you you have to abide by it.
