=) I like this question *star*
Jesus never said to create a religion for him, but to follow his teachings. You seem to be doing what he said; good for you!

Well? No? People fall in love with Jesus when He reveals Himself. Some reject Him & turn antichrist.
Have you ever confessed Jesus Christ your Lord & Savior? And believed in your heart the cross & resurrection?
When you did that you were born of God. You may have been young. But Jesus is calling you, so you might also be in a pre salvation state.
I also see Jesus in Meditation, in visions & also see other people in dreams or, last night, Apostle John, That I don't quite understand.
I was in the a row at a Church about the 5th row back. And I was having imbarrassing problems with my outfit. And a Jew sat in the pew behind me to my right & he brought with him an out door grill ready to prepare some food (in the middle isle). John is about 7 ft tall. Then I saw 7777777. It was a while after the dream, I realized it was John. I had a number of dreams last night, but this is the only one I remember.
But the 7777777 is confirmation this is John, after thinking about this dream. He has 21 books in John. In the 1-3Jn, 7 chapters. In Revelation, To the 7 churches, the 7 this & that, etc. And there are 21 chapters plus one (maby for the new day)
If you have confessed Jesus Christ your Lord & believed in your heart in His Resurrection, then you are a born again Christian.

There is nothing wrong with your love for Jesus! Jesus is cool! Jesus said it himself, "There are many paths to righteousness, this is but one". The Bible (KJV in particular) has wandered so far from the original teachings of Jesus that it turned me away from Christianity and similar.
Not being Christian but loving Jesus, that is pretty much what ALOT of people do now. They usually call themselves Deitists . There are a few that I know personally that totally follow the teachings of Jesus, yet will fight if anyone that calls them a Christian or Catholic...some even call themselves Pagan....others, Deitist or Friend of Jesus. So no that don't make you weird!
As long as YOU are doing the best YOU can to be the best person YOU can be-Jesus taught love, compassion, tolerance, acceptance-and your spiritual growth has you feeling good about yourself and your spiritual light will shine through, don't worry about what someone else may say. They don't live in your skin, they don't have to look at your face in the mirror every day through your eyes. Something I've learned from experience: Unless they feed you, finance you or provide you with quality nookie....what right do they have to tell you how to believe, and even then they only have the right to suggest...with your permission to.

The name Jesus means "God saves" The term Christ is a title for "Anointed of God" For muslims and some jews, Jesus was a prophet. Buddhists say he was enlightened. Hindus call him an avatar (the incarnation of a deity in human form) And Christians hail him as the Son of God.
Jesus was an extraordinary healer. Nearly a quarter of the gospels describe his powers over sickness and disease. To the downtrodden, he taught restraint and charity in the face of oppression. As a result, the powerless learned to maintain dignity without being arrogant. He delivered this message to the people "The time has arrived for God's will to be done on earth as it is in heaven. If you believe in this good news, then it will happen"
He was executed at a young age as a common criminal. Since then, he has been the topic of many heated theological discussions. Although he is understood in many different ways, everyone seems to agree that he was a remarkable man.

I am a Chrisitan, but I do not believe in religion. Jesus wants a personal relationship with us, not an organized religion. Christian simply means you have accepted Jesus into your heart as your Lord and Savior. It means you believe that He died on the cross to forgive your sins and that through Him and only through Him can you go to Heaven. You do not have to be Christian to love and respect Jesus, that does not make you wierd. But you might want to consider if Jesus is leading you to Him. Don't let anyone tell you that you are wierd for loving Jesus. He loves you also! Good luck in your future and God Bless!

Ahhhh, Hon. Christian only means a follower of Jesus and his beliefs. You seem to be doing JUST that.. Good job..
Don`t confuse Religion with God.
Religion is man-made organized rules for certain buildings and groups pf people who congregate and worship in those buildings. It is like a set of rules for school.
God is NOT, Nor does he care, if you are Baptist, Methodist, Lutheran, Or Catholic. God is none of those.. Nor does he care if you wear makeup or jewelry or pants or dresses or any of that other worldy stuff. That is all personal "religion" based choices.
God love you no matter what....

Jesus could be talking to you in your dreams and meditations. I don't think you need to be Christian to love Jesus.

Well let's see...
It is like a marriage..if you claim that you truly loved a woman, but was afraid to seal your love with a commitment by marring her then I would doubt your love for her.
Same goes with God ..
You say you love Jesus His son..but you have not taken this so called relationship any further to becoming a Christian.
To do that would be to make a commitment to God.
It all depends on your value of the word "love."

Christians believe that Christ is actually their Messiah - but there are many other people and religions that lovingly regard him as a prophet or holy man of some type, so that's not so weird.

Wow, awesome for you. :) I've seen Jesus often in my meditations, he's even stood behind me while I prayed a couple of times. Now, I'm jsut now beginning the process of joinging the Catholic church, but for most of my life I was just like you--I loved Jesus, he was my savior in many ways, but I didn't really like organized religion. So nope, I say there's nothing wrong with you.
God Bless. :)
