I have been married to a US Citizen for more than an year. I have been exteremly nice to her but she always creates problmes and is now threatening me that i can be deported for some extermely minor things. If a divoce takes place in this case, what are the chances of deportation? Please help. I have a good record here in US.

It will come down to whether or not it can be proven that the marriage was just one of convenience to obtain a green card vs your actually having fallen in love with the person and marrying her.
You can't be deported for a speeding ticket or failing to pay a bill for example but what are the minor things/
In any event contact an immigration attorney ASAP to see if they can have the conditional green card status removed to a permanent one

EVERY TIME SHE THREATENS YOU, INFORM THE POLICE SO YOU HAVE A RECORD TO PRODUCE TO THE INS AND PETITION AS A SPOUSE OF AN ABUSIVE CITIZEN. BECAUSE AFTER YOUR DIVORCE, THEY MIGHT REVOKE YOUR LEGAL STATUS AND PROCEED WITH A DEPORTATION ORDER ON YOU. THEY'LL NORMALLY SEND YOU A LETTER ASKING YOU FOR REASONS WHY THEY SHOULD LET YOU STAY AND THAT SHOULD BE YOUR EVIDENCE.
