Get her spayed.

Sigh, and many a performance female dog does poorly during the time of false pregnancy (all dogs have them but some are more affected than others). The only "cure" is spaying - if we (dog performance competitors) could solve it with an intact dog believe me we would!

If you let dogs come into heat for no reason, then this can happen. Some dogs will even get milk. Hopefully your vet recommended you spay her. This is not healthy for them to go through and they also run the risk of getting infections in their uterous--pyometria.

Get her fixed .Its much healthier for the dog and it will stop the false pregnancies .If you are not going to mate, her have her fixed . My mom did not get her dog fixed because she never went out side . She developed a uterine infection that almost killed her .

Have her spayed - your vet must have suggested that. You'll greatly cut down on her chances of getting cancer, or pyometra when she gets older, plus she won't have any more false pregnancies.
