I don't think it's abnormal. It's called voyuerism. It turns some people on.
And it's not cheating if he asks you to do it and approves of it.
But it's still a bit freaky and he may want to do another woman in front of you.
Or he may think the ideas hot and after it happens, regrets it and thinks your a whore.
Anyway, just role play and fantasize.

That is in no way normal. I think that if a man wants to see another man have sex with his wife he must be undercover gay or just a plain creep to want to see another man gettin it on.

Tell him to be careful of what he wishes. He just might get it. Sometimes fantasy in our minds is much more exiting than seeing the real thing. Something like this might exite your husbands fantasy, but I think that if he sees it in real life, he will never be able to get over it and he will lose respect for you. Don't even think about it.

It's not normal for your husband to want you to cheat on him. That's basically what it would be if you did it. I find that disturbing.
