i've had a bowl of honey bunches of oats w/ skim milk, a banana, an apple, a non fat yogurt, and some triscuits w/ natural peanut butter.

Not exactly. Your body does need some fat for energy. Trust me, I tried the low/no-fat diet and I gained 40 pounds. The doc said I was in starvation mode. Have something with fat in it for dinner. Your body will love you and you'll have more energy. If you're watching fat grams, the RDA is 60 grams. So keep it around 30-40.

I've had bowl of cheerios
a banana
2 fat free yogurts
grapes a cup and cup blueberries so far that is lunch and breakfast something like a salad for dinner with chicken or turkey i'm thinking

i personally wouldnt eat the peanut butter and just eat the triscuits plain but it sounds good
