Well usually females are not doing patrols since they are not allowed to be in Combat Arms, but im sure this situation does happen here and there when traversing to a new base or fob. Or on a specific mission requiring a female soldier. But usually females dont leave the gate.
Ive seen females walk around a building with an empty water bottle than a few mins later come back around with a full water bottle. (dont ask me how) lol

I think we all just learn to pee while on the move, walking or standing. Of course much easier for us guys.

If there is a place to squat, great. Otherwise, it's loosen the belt, move the material back, stand with boots apart and go standing. It can be done.
