Why don't you make your own alfredo?
Take a 1/2 pint of heavy cream and cook at medium/medium-low heat. It's important not to scorch the cream or break it. Season liberally with cracked pepper, and a little salt (a lot of the saltiness comes from the cheese, so be reserved at first). After the cream has reduced some add in a cup to two cups of either parmesan-reggiano or my favorite peccorino-romano (a lot more flavor imo). Cook until the cheese is melted, add a little more seasoning at the end including a pinch of fresh nutmeg. Add in your pasta and toss to coat.
Alternatively there's nothing wrong with adding some mushrooms, snowpeas, broccoli, or any other veggies to the party. Taste 10x better than anything you'll ever get out of a jar and so simple/quick.

Cook 1 lb. short pasta (I like ruffles best, but you could use rotini or penne or whatever). Add 1 container ricotta cheese and 1 jar spaghetti sauce. Combine all in a large bowl and then transfer to a 9 X 13" pan. Sprinkle with shredded Parmesan and/or mozzarella cheese. Bake at 400 until cheese is melted and everything is heated through.
-OR-
1 lb. fettuccine
2 TBS olive oil
3 garlic cloves, minced
12 oz mushrooms, sliced
1 28 oz can plum tomatoes, drained and chopped
1/4 c white wine
1/2 c heavy cream
red pepper flakes
salt & pepper
1/2 c parmesan cheese
Cook the fettucine according to package. Meanwhile, add the olive oil to a large pre-heated skillet. Add garlic and sautee about 30 seconds. Add mushrooms and continue cooking for about 5 minutes or until the mushrooms are cooked through. Sprinkle on some red pepperflakes to taste. Add tomatoes and cook another 2 minutes. Add wine and cook another minute or so. Add heavy cream and salt and pepper to taste. Toss sauce with pasta and cheese.

Easy. Go buy one bottles of Alfredo Sauce (white)
I never measure just add until I know I have enough to serve for the number of people:
Cook pasta with two bay leaves - I like to bow pasta best as it is very attractive but also used the color pasta too
Once pasta is cooked, put in cold water and set to side
Steam or stir fry until desired crispyness
Sliced mushrooms (canned in a pinch)
Sliced/diced green pepper and/or red
Bottle of pimento (or fresh)
Chopped onion (red for color or scallions or both)
Thin sliced celery
Garlic (fresh best about two cloves minces)
To taste (my way is a touch here and there) - sage, parsley, rosemary, thyme oregano
Stir in pasta and add Alfredo sauce
Serve with garlic toast, Texas toast best
Whole thing takes about 30 minutes

Quick Rosy Pasta
Your favorite tube pasta ie. penne cooked al dente
one can roma tomatoes (28oz)
one teaspoon fresh garlic
one teaspoon fresh basil
pinch crushed red pepper
splash red wine (drink the rest)
salt to taste
1/4 cup heavy cream
combine tomatoes, garlic, basil, red wine, and reduce by one third in heavy botton non-reactive pan(not aluminium or cast iron). After reducing add cream and red pepper and bring back to temp, fold in cooked pasta and serve with grated cheese. If you start the sauce with the pasta you can be finished in under 15 minutes. To vary fold in a small container of ricotta cheese place in baking dish and sprinkel the grated cheese with some bread crumbs on top and bake at 350F for 20-30 minutes.

Saute a package of slice mushrooms in about 4 Tbsp butter with some minced garlic. When they're as done as you want, add a jar of Classico (this is important) roasted garlic alfredo sauce. Add about 1 cup of half and half or cream, and a big handful of Parm/asiago/Romano blend (always keep that in the freezer). Toss in some pepper, toss with about 12 oz. boiled pasta, and garnish with either chopped parsley or cilantro. It's so good and easy.
