can only get analogue sound not digital from HTS3154 home cinema ?

my tv has a built in digital tuner is that a problem

unless your tv has an optial output and your home cimema has iptiacl input then you will only get 2.1 ( using phonos ).

Analog sound from WHAT??? DVD? There should be a selection somewhere for Dolby Digital. Also make sure on the DVD menu itself, that you have selected Dolby Digital 5.1 sound.

As for any external devices. I took a look at the model you have and it DOES NOT have any digital inputs so you can't get digital sound from any other source.
