I do find that slightly on the annoying side too, but in the end what would Yahoo be with out glitches

It's usually because one of your contacts thought it was interesting and starred it....sometimes yahoo's time lag makes it show up after it's been resolved. Sometimes a person stars it....starts writing their answer and it's resolved before they are able to answer it. (A friend told me that happened to her.)
