CHECK YOUR LOCAL STEREO INSTALLER.
TRY CIRCUIT CITY OR BEST BUY. MOST TOWNS HAVE SOMEONE THAT INSTALLS CAR STEREOS. CHECK THE YELLOW PAGES AS WELL. GOOD LUCK

Usually, somewhere in the dashboard is a convenient place. That way, you can reach all the controls while you're driving ... know what I mean?
