Yes. In the Old Testament. Remember David killed the Giant because of God. Goliath was the enemy of Israel & the Philistines wanted to destroy Israel.

So, also, God showed himself a greater God than the heathen gods. By blessing Israel to be a nation. As is promised, Israel is to be Nation between the Egyptian river & the Euphraties river. And God keeps His promises.

And the worst was the genocide with Cananites. The land Israel entered were guilty of many idolatries, adulteries, fornications & the worst, sacrificing children through fire to devils. So? Earth itself vomited out these inhabitants. They were to wipe out everything, even the animals (because of beastiality). Depending on the corruption of that land. King Saul wouldn't obey God in this, so lost the King title to David.

Jesus came to save the world from sin, by being a victim of our worst sin. An innocent man tortured to death. So? Jesus doesn't ask his followers to kill for Him. But that the saving Gospel be preached to all nations.

God asked Abraham to sacrifice his only son. The son of promise. Abraham believed God & knew God would raise Isaac from the dead. So? But God said "No. I will provide the sacrifice.". So this tells us that God doesn't want child sacrifices, that this grieves His heart. He sent His Only begotten Son, Jesus Christ. Jesus shed His own blood for remission of our sins. No other sacrifice will compare. Jesus did this once & for all.

The law of sin & death came by Moses. Truth & grace by Jesus Christ. Then those doctrines rejecting Jesus Christ, law of sin & death again & are antichrist.

GOD commanded the Angels to kill the firstborn of Egypt in the book of exodus. Of course the hardness of the pharao's heart and his intention to do the same unto the Hebrews was why this final plague which broke the Pharao's will when his own son was killed.

GOD commanded the Hebrews into Battle for instance at Jericho when they took the promised land across the Jordan. GOD helped King David and other warriors of the Jews. Many Generals have credited GOD with their victories from King Henry V to General George Patton . ..

But the book of revelations tells us those who kill with the sword will die by the sword . .. but equally so it is written that those who do not see cannot sin, but once you see the sin remains . . .

And of course there's Abraham whom GOD commanded to kill his own son.

-LOVE your neighbor as yourself.
Amen.

2Ti 3:2 For men shall be lovers of their own selves, covetous, boasters, proud, blasphemers, disobedient to parents, unthankful, unholy,
2Ti 3:3 Without natural affection, trucebreakers, false accusers, incontinent, fierce, despisers of those that are good,
2Ti 3:4 Traitors, heady, highminded, lovers of pleasures more than lovers of God;
2Ti 3:5 Having a form of godliness, but denying the power thereof: from such turn away.
2Ti 3:6 For of this sort are they which creep into houses, and lead captive silly women laden with sins, led away with divers lusts,
2Ti 3:7 Ever learning, and never able to come to the knowledge of the truth.

The Bible states that God never changes--Mal 3:6b For I am the LORD, I change not...

those disobeying God in O.T. were suffering the same fate we disobedient sinners face today-Rom 6:23 For the wages of sin is death

6 If your very own brother, or your son or daughter, or the wife you love, or your closest friend secretly entices you, saying, "Let us go and worship other gods" (gods that neither you nor your fathers have known, 7 gods of the peoples around you, whether near or far, from one end of the land to the other), 8 do not yield to him or listen to him. Show him no pity. Do not spare him or shield him. 9 You must certainly put him to death. Your hand must be the first in putting him to death, and then the hands of all the people. 10 Stone him to death, because he tried to turn you away from the LORD your God, who brought you out of Egypt, out of the land of slavery. 11

Yes. Through war, the persecution of unbelievers, and genocide perpetrated on those who originally lived in the "Promised Land."

(But rest assured, none of that really happened. God doesn't really exist, the Jews never more than small tribal bands, and archaeological evidence shows that the Canaanites were never wiped out.)

No. According to Jesus in The Apocryphon of John the god of Moses is satan. Be smart, believe Jesus, not Moses.
