I like them both, but French toast is my favorite.
French toast. Best with cinnamon and vanilla in the egg mixture or even pureed banana. I also like it "stuffed" with fruit and whipped cream on top. YUM.
If you are going the pancake route, I like bananas or apples and walnuts added in. Strawberries or blueberries are also good, even just raisins and cinnamon.

man, that's a tough one, but i will say buttermilk pancakes..however, french toast are quicker to make when you're really hungry.....
