Apples are not enough, they are a complex sugar. It'll give you a boost of short-acting energy & fiber, but then you'll "crash", AKA: low blood sugar. Add a protein to your meal, for example:low fat cottage cheese or low fat vanilla yogurt, topped with some cinnamon (for taste), &/or wheat germ sprinkled on top (for fiber), or granola! Yummy!! Hope this helped! Fiber will keep you fuller longer, keep you regular, lowers your cholesterol levels, and keeps you from "crashing".

Try going to the store and ( on your budget) buy some cereal. Otherwise eat apples and mix it up. Like put peanut butter on or eat it with bread.

At least starting your day with something is better for you in the long run than not eating first thing. A lot of people that skip breakfast tend to overeat later in the day.

you should have some apples, and I think you need something more, maybe try making oatmeal or something, or maybe you should have some cheese and crackers, that's what I have when there is nothing good, saltines with slices of American cheese on them melted in the microwave.
