I don't think so. Well, at least falling asleep at the wheel isn't covered, but you getting into an accident, is. Your insurance will pay for the damages if it is wrecked, as long as there isn't anyone else involved. They'd more-than-likely ask you to see your Dr. if you falling asleep at the wheel is a medical problem and not just you being too tired to drive.

Full coverage yes. That's what you are paying monthly for, to fix your car if something happens to it, minus your deductible. Granted your insurance rates might go up.

If you have full coverage it should. If you only have liability, it will not. There may also be a clause in your policy that the police be notified. This helps with fraudulent claims.
