Of course it is not. But I would just try to remind your self nothing is perfect. But besides that keep on dreamin!
Hope you find the person!

Like others have said, I wouldn't want my guy to die, but still I love those movies and I do wish that someday I will find love like in the movies. I think it is perfectly normal. Yes, those relationships are in movies, but yes they can happen in real life. My parents are one of those movie couples, if that isn't proof that it is real and do-able then I dont know what is.

It is every woman's wish to have a love like that in Titanic, and it is normal for you to want this. Just lookout for the imitators who pretend to love you like that just to have sex with you and leave you hurt and disappointed. I'm sure one day you will find that special someone but be careful while looking sweetie.

I rather have someone whose company i can enjoy without going weak at the knees every time I see her.
Being that much in love is a pain especially when you are not together. You suffer a kind of 'dementia de l'amour' and you forget things.....like breathing for example.
To quote Gilbert and Sullivan :
Love unrequited, robs me of me rest,
Love, hopeless love, my ardent soul encumbers,
Love, nightmare like, lies heavy of me chest,
And weaves itself into my midnight slumbers.
When you’re lying awake with a dismal headache and
Repose is taboo’d by anxiety,
I conceive you may use any language you choose to
Indulge in, without impropriety;
For your brain is on fire, the bed-clothes conspire of
Usual slumber to plunder you:
First your counter-pane goes, and uncovers your toes,
And your sheet slips demurely from under you;
Then the blanketing tickles, you feel like mixed
Pickles, so terribly sharp is the pricking,
And you’re hot and you’re cross, and you tumble and
Toss ’til there’s nothing ’twixt you and the
Ticking.
It goes on...but i wont bore you

Yeah it is (I'm almost 14)... I've always wanted one like The Notebook. I believe I remember my bf (now my ex) telling me how great of a story it was. I was like,"Omg, did I just hear a hardcore skater boy just tell me to watch a sappy love story?" Lol, then I saw it and fell in love with it.

NEither those are just fantasies. I wish I would have a love that was unconditional and when both people would always be in love , trusting, and enjoying all the days of their lives and not worry about nothing but their love.

I have to tell you that a love like in the movies you mentioned is possible. It doesn't happen in just fairy tales..there is true love to be found and it is always possible. True love takes hard work on both sides, but is well worth the effort..how do I know?..well, I had it and he is deceased now..but what a wonderful gift he gave me with his love !

That is very normal.. but also very unrealistic. Real relationships are much more complicated and less perfect than those portrayed in the movies. It's fine to dream, but in the end, if you ever want to have a real relationship, you will have to get rid of those impossible expectations. No one is perfect... and no relationship is perfect.

Those "loves" lasted about 2 hours and were make believe. And as I recall at least in Titanic, ended in death.
Nope...I'll pass on that love.
I think of the Love the the Fondas in On Golden Pond had, Or the love that the hero in "End of the Spear" had for the natives that killed him....Now that's Love.

It is completely normal to believe in TRUE love forever at your age. I hope you can still feel the same 10 years from now. So if you make the right choices in life, and nobody take advantage of you or hurt you, maybe you will still be so candid and naive, which in my opinion is wonderful.
