ok we have all been taught that heaven will be perfect.
an yes i do agree that we will be a lot better off without rapists and murderers and what not but, perfection is a bit...dull.
I mean whee's the challenge.
I am a person who immensely enjoys challenge and helping people through difficult time.
well if we're all perfect and always happy...
and is it true that non none will have just ONE partner...it just seems....i dunno

You don't worry about that kind of stuff in Heaven anyway because it's perfect.

It doesn't sound like you have a firm grasp of what it takes to be saved. The only reason why there won't be rapists and murderers in heaven is because we are changed to incorruptible. Otherwise there most certainly would be murderers and rapists in heaven. Thanks to God that He makes us clean by the blood of the Lamb.

And what do you know about perfection? How do you know so much about it that you would say it would be dull? Where is your point of reference on what perfection would be like?

The more I think about what you said, the less I would believe that you even know God.

If you are even Christian, perhaps you should get to know God better. You miss some pretty basic things.

When you are finally in Gods house we do not have to worry about all the former wicked stuff that will be destroyed. Think about this: you go to your favorite relaxing place whether it's home, or a cottage, lake, what ever AWAY from the city, away from wickedness, just you & nature & the Lord, that is how heaven will be. The challenge for you could be serving God daily in love.,but why be a challenge it should be something we WANT to do.

I believe in God and heaven. I believe God created everything as good. Following these beliefs, everything good in life is wonderful and desirable, both because we want it and because God created it to be desirable. If nothing else, heaven can only be better because of the absence of evil. If the things we enjoy in life, such as friends, a sunset, a challenge, even sex, are what we experience here, then how much greater will it be in heaven?

hey there, im just like you, i like to help people

but i also love other challenges,

the challenges of finding new things to do,

in a perfect world, where the best get even better, and where the poorest person will have ownership of that which is greater than the earth and the universe, im sure there'll be heaps of challenges abound, and all the people to meet!

The straight forward answer is that Christians will rule and reign with Christ for at least a thousand years. During that time there will be conflict.

The sarcastic but true answer is. If you don't want to serve GOD now then why would you want to serve him for eternity?

I'm not sure what your point is exactly, but you are aware that heaven is make-believe, right? You should also know that according to the Christian in Bible, there is no sex or marriage in heaven.

In Paradise you can do anything you want without dying. imagine bungee jumping without a rope. And flying without wings or magic. And apples made of honey.
