I think one of the best things you can do when you're feeling low is to get out and do something nice for someone else. Surprise a friend with a small gift, or volunteer at a shelter. Even simply being kind to strangers can also bolster your attitude. You'd be surprised at how people will respond to you when you exercise simple kindness. Do this for awhile and you'll feel better about yourself in no time.

Depending on where you are, if your home play some music that will touch your soul and make you dance and just dance around the house acting out the video and imagine your somewhere great. Or sometimes you can just westle a happy tune or If you have a kid in the family under 5, spend some time playing with them, because they are pure and they just love you for you and won't be fake and they will truely enjoy there time with you. Or you could take a walk, it doesn't matter if its in the hood or the country, take in your surroundings, breath, and observe. Overall someone loves you and someone cares for you for sure, like me.

Actually I am feeling better today.
Depression is no stranger to me. I have always been a survivor. Whatever life handed me, I got through it.
I am hoping for a change in karma one day. It would be nice to be happy.
You seem like a nice person. I can use you as an inspiration to remember that many Christians are wonderful people.

No. I am happy. God has given me a wonderful life.
I have lost every member of my family to cancer. He has brought good out of it.
I get to teach children. I get to see them grow up and remember me and how I loved them.
I have my health. I can see, feel, think, breathe, walk, talk, smell stuff, etc.
I have a house to live in. I have a job.
I have Jesus.
What more could I ask for?

Not at all! My gal Miyuki will soon be with me. It is only 6:57AM. If I was depressed, I could take lithium carbonate or depakote. One of my lovers Bi-Chen is a psychiatric nurse and knows what medicines help with depression.
