Be yourself, talk and be a friend and when the opportunity presents itself, flirt a little.
If your young, don't flirt too much, just be sweet and friendly so no one gets the wrong idea.
If you are yourself and show yourself as being someone likeable, a guy worth dating will come along. No harm in dating and boyfriend stuff should come later anyway.

Hi, you know if you meet a guy, you don’t know if he has a good heart, smart and strong, only you know is, he is cute or something in his outside. But the best way to find a boyfriend, be friendly I mean be friendly those guy if you know that he has a “GOOD HEART”. Don’t be friendly if he is cute but Bad guy…. If a guy has good heart for me that is a nice and cute guy… I’m not a gay I’m saying the truth, I mean I’m not using my appearance to have a beautiful girl I’m using my inside so I love also a girl that have a “good heart” which is the most important, smart, simple but beautiful…..

People who are into the goth stuff seem intent on attracting other goths, so it ain't unusual that you've limited your selections. So my overwhelming suggestion is that you return to normal color hair and normal clothing. In addition,
