Are you allowed to marry outside of your faith...{not the temple ceremony} or does your ward/bishop discourage that kind of thing?

Not trolling, bashing, or looking to start an argument...{why do I always feel the need to put a disclaimer on these questions?}

Marrying someone outside of the church is encouraged just about as much as marrying someone that is black (if you're white). Remember the little ceremony in the temple that talks about the dude from the other church? or did they change that, i forget.

I was raised in a mormon community and have a lot of mormon family.

They're discouraged from marrying outside their faith, very much. For one thing, if they aren't "sealed in the temple" then their marriage isn't for "time and all eternity." To reach the highest potential in the mormon faith you have to do certain things, like Baptism and sealed in the temple, or you won't be able to live in the mormon heaven. (They have 3 heavens and the best one is for those who have lived good lives and performed these kind of temple rites).

Yes---we are allowed to marry outside our faith. I was not married in the temple. I'm married to a Lutheran. (32 years now.) He does not attend my church nor do I attend his. I DO have a temple recommend and I go to the temple as often as I can. He does not. Our children were all raised LDS and have gone on LDS missions and all have married in the temple. My husband was not allowed in the temple, I was.
We get along just fine.
Free angency.

Yes you can marry a non member...but it is discouraged because you can get sealed together for time and eternity in the temple.

Larry King who is an agnostic Jew married a member of the church and he comes to church with her every sunday.
But he won't join the church.

We can marry inside or outside our faith, but it's a lot easier if a husband and wife share the same basic faith.

Joesph Smith was a false prophet, in the book of Morman you can find the phrases, "And Behold" and "It came to pass" almost on every page. Smith says different prohpets wrote the book of Morman but it is clear Smith wrote all of it stealing phrases from the King James version of the Holy Bible as other so called Holy Books have books have stolen from The Bible. So Mormanism is false and null and void. Oh yeah their so called "rites" were stolen from Freemasons also.

I totally agree that the Mormon religion is a false religion, cult, sect or whatever you wanna call them so, it doesn't make any difference who they marry since it's not recognized by God as a biblical marriage.
