we come across grave on the road side. i am told these graves are the resting place for the person killed in an accident. many a time i have witnessed hindu fundadalists making the grave an issue. they are themselves are violators with SHANI, HANUMAN, SHIVA etc mandirs made overnight encroaching the busy roads. my question to one and all can these practice be stopped for the better.

I am rather confused with your question as no Muslim even if he meets with accident is buried at the same place .The body is taken by the relatives to their relative grave yards.I have never come across any grave of an accident case anywhere ,its not allowed.

Are you by any chance referring to the Dargahs of the Saints? If so then yes ,they remain in that place but not because they met with accident but the reason is that the saint lived and died at that spot, which was hundreds of years ago, when the population was sparce but no with growth of cities and commercialisation,we find them near the roads, though earlier they were secluded spots.

Hindus do not bury their dead they burn them. I never heard of a Muslim just burying a family member on the side of the road where they died. As for my family, they have a place where the family is buried regardless of the cause of death. There is also some type of family center just for this family. The family is rather big. We have a process in Islam on how to take care of the dead. Such as bathing and clothing etc.

i'm incredibly at a loss for words together with your question as no Muslim whether he meets with twist of fate is buried on the comparable place .The physique is taken by the kinfolk to their relative grave yards.I even have in no way come for the time of any grave of an twist of fate case everywhere ,its no longer allowed. Are you by any hazard concerning the Dargahs of the Saints?if so then sure ,they proceed to be in that place yet no longer because of the fact they met with twist of fate however the rationalization is that the saint lived and died at that spot, which grow to be hundreds of years in the past, while the inhabitants grow to be sparce yet no with boost of cities and commercialisation,we discover them close to the roads, nonetheless until now they have been secluded spots.

hindus won't make any fuss if hey ae required to change their practices .But the Muslims will make much fuss about it .but I do not see any instnce of the Muslims being burried in the place of accident itself .
Gemnrally encroaching upon public land for any purpose shoud be discouraged and prevented by the state .
