Hi :)
Here are a couple of my favorites for using fresh peaches...
Peach Pie:
10 fresh peaches, pitted and sliced
1/3 cup all-purpose flour
1 cup white sugar
1/4 cup butter
1 recipe pastry for a 9 inch double crust pie
Mix flour, sugar and butter, into the a crumb type mixture.
Place one crust in the bottom of a 9 inch pie plate. Line the shell with some sliced peaches. Sprinkle some of the butter mixture on top of the peaches, then put more peaches on top of the the crumb mixture. Continue layering until both the peaches and crumbs are gone.
Finnaly, top with the lattice strips of pie crust. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes, or until crust is golden. Allow pie to cool some before slicing it.
Another one of my favorites since i was a kid is Peach Melba.
250g fresh or frozen then thawed raspberries
1 tbsp icing sugar
juice of 1 lemon
4 fresh peaches, peeled and sliced
4 scoops vanilla ice-cream
Combine Raspberries, Sugar, and Lemon juice in a bowl then push the mixture through a sleve with the back of a spoon or spatula. Arrange the peaches in serving glasses or bowls. Top with a scoop of ice-cream and pour over the raspberry sauce.
Yum. :) Enjoy!

Another really easy recipe is to roast them. Just slice and remove pit, you will have 2 halves, do this to as many as you wish. Get a baking sheet and line with parchment paper or non stick foil, place a pat of butter(use a little or as to your liking) lol, on top of the peaches face down on the baking sheet, pour some honey over top, put in a 450 degree oven for 10 minutes or so, remove from oven, let cool and peel off the skins. Now you can use as desired, try these with a grilled chicken salad, yum!! Note, you can also do this on the BBQ, exact same way. :)

Slice 'em. Coat with lots of sugar. Dump a can of Eagle brand sweetened condensed milk over them. Eat.
