Any relation based on garlics, stinks!!

actually the only person that can answer this question will never be here to answer your question,
Log out of yahoo answer, close you pc and then go to the next neighbour door. Knock or ring whatever you do.
Then repeat this question loudly, "Do you like me?, wanna go on a date".
At that point prepare for rejection or happiness?, At this point the most like scenario would be rejection. Well then after this point just go back to pc, log in again in yahoo answer. Wallow in self pity and listen to emo song.
Keep any cutting instrument away from you at this point!

yes. the reationship of garlic giver and garlic reciever. just being neighbours is a relationship. if you get to know her better, you might end up being friends.
