No we cant cope. Theyre all gonna have 2 kids who have 2 kids etc, and in50 years were gonna be overflowing, but these idiots who some idiots voted in, cant see past their pay packets and houses in France.
I dont know about race riots.... It'll probably be called a European civil war cos weve been sold out by Turn-coats.

Britain cope ? Of course Britain can and will cope. No we are not looking forward to race riots of any sort and to even suggest this is just scaremongering. The mass immigration you refer to is about those from Eastern Europe. We have already had the Poles and Lithuanians and will shortly be visited by a similarly large number of Bulgarians and Romanians. These people come here to work and make a better life for themselves. They are not scrounging dross, but the most ambitious, hard working people their country has to offer .........they come to live here, they should be welcomed with open arms. People who fear them, it is probably because they fear their degree of success. Intelligent citizens do not fear, but look forward to a life that will be enriched both economically and culturally by these people.

As I've said before the main problem is not in the middle and high wage earner brackets.

The mass immigration from Eastern Europe is hitting minimum wage earners, unskilled workers and factory workers, construction workers and the like. Mass influx of cheap labour in these fields is creating too much competition for a finite number of jobs and as a result, finding work is getting harder in these areas.

As a result those who cannot find work or cannot find suitable work are being hit in many ways - such as housing - ie eviction because they cannot afford to pay their rent/mortgages on JSA or reduced income. I have seen this first hand. This then places extra pressure on the housing system to rehouse them and breaks up communities (people may have lived in their community for many years).

Most of those who scream "racism" when this issue is brought up are middle income earners who are not affected and are happy to employ Poles etc to clean their offices.

Sadly those who are affected are becoming resentful (I have already heard instances of East European migrants in my area - which is a poor one anyway - being "set upon" by groups of local lads) and I beleive that it will lead to tensions, maybe not racial as the East Europeans are not of a different race - ie they are white, but it will lead to a great deal of resentment.

Well in another ten years time cities like Bradford, Oldham, Leicester and Birmingham will be minority white.

Whereas all the Brits are moving away from the inner districts to the outer suburbs of our cities, where there are not enough homes, therefore creating the huge housing crisis we face today.

Depends if you consider "coping" to include racially motivated conflict and riots.

In short we can't cope we are a small country with a shortage of houses that is driving the housing market out reach of new buyers. Even 98% of new graduates can not afford to buy a home on their salaries.

In order to have expected standards of living people are forced to saturate the service business markets... but competition is too high and the only way people survive is to avoid paying tax. Or carry out illegal businesses. Those that do not wish to break the law are forced to live on benefits or scrap by on pathetic wages that do not begin to cover their rent.... Which is lining the pockets of the rich who are the only ones that can afford to buy up these properties to rent out.

Many of these new "Lords of the Land" are drug dealers buying up houses in cash deals (yes it can be done quite easily). Instantly taking cash from ill gotten gains and turning into a perfectly legitimate income. They know the poor cant afford to buy a house so that drives rental prices up. The council cant afford to cover the housing benefit to pay the rent which leaves the poorest even more out of pocket.

This government stinks and its supposed to be Labour. We need a real labour government that puts the incentive and oppotunity there for the poorest amongst us to contribute and receive just reward. We need to provide opportunity for young people to learn skills and gain secure careers with potential. We need to provide housing for councils to protect the vulnerable and get our teenage mothers out of crackhead infested hostels. We need to sort the problems of our nation out... We need to impliment stronger taxes on the purchase of multiple residential properties so the rich can not dominate the markets and drive prices up. Then the people will tell the government when it is time to help other nations and allow immigration... not the government telling the people.

Government for the people?? my backside... More like the government for the people with money who can fund my political campaigns and give my nice expense accounts and perks.

purchase your Koran and Burqa and a prayer rug and discover the place north is placed. Your new u . s . introduced all of it on themself. you're no longer to any extent further beneficial, wholesome immigration is a stable element. you're bringing in people who hate you and your faith and each thing you stand for. You gain what you sow.

The UK is full, we have a housing shortage and in the papers this week there is talk about having a 2 child limit per family. So why on heavens earth do we need more immigrants.

Not without exacerbating the population problem .Look at the scientific evidence the UK cannot support 70,000,000 people which is the projected population in 2050.
