People don't consider cheese top have meart in it but would it nessessarily be considered meat that they are putting in cheese since it is kind of body type part of the cow or just a disgusting thing they put in cheese?

Cheese would not be considered meat... meat is the flesh on an animal.
Some cheeses has animal rennet... in that case they are not vegetarian(for the reason that you listed, because it contains cow stomach parts)
They make cheeses using vegetable rennet, like a few have said before me... those cheeses would be considered vegetarian.

No. even though rennet comes from a cow's intestine, that doesn't mean that cheese IS meat. Rennet is just used to process the cheese. That would be like saying beer is a grain because they use grains to make it. Most cheese is not suitable for a vegetarian to eat.

Well, the rennet comes from a cow's intestines, so it's not really vegetarian in my opinion.

The word "Cheese" is always associated first and foremost with the byproduct of milk products, cheddar, mozzarrella, swiss, etc
No, it does not come from a dead cows stomach, Milk usually comes from a healthy cows udders and used to feed its calf etc.

There is something called "Head cheese" and that is a misnomer. Not a cheese at all, but a sausage made from the meaty bits of the head of a calf or pig (sometimes a sheep or cow) that are seasoned, combined with a gelatinous meat broth and cooked in a mold. When cool, the sausage is unmolded and thinly sliced. It`s usually eaten at room temperature.

wait, what? cheese comes from milk and is vegetarian, as long as there is no animal rennet in it.

It's not meat, but it is made from animal products. Meat is 100% flesh.
