Pita pizza's! My absolute FAVORITE!
You get pita's, any size, and then put some tomato sauce on it. Then cheese, and any veggie's you want! Cook in the oven, and then wait until they look like they're ready!

LOL. I answered your other question about how do you know if writing is for you. I didn't read your writing when I answered that question and I didn't know that you had asked people to rate your writing. That last bit is important, because I answered the question thinking you asked for feedback and then people said you should stop writing. That's different than asking people to rate you 1-10 and then people saying you're a bad writer, lol. Now, I agree. This is a very poor piece. It's boring. You have a lot to learn when it comes to writing a good novel. Make sure you do lots of reading, because that's the best way to learn. Now, your character does have a strong voice, be it annoying, but it's there. That's a good step in the right direction. You have problems with your grammar. You can't become a writer if you're not good with grammar. You're having problems with your "persons." Are you writing in first person or third person? Work on your tense, too, and try to stick to just one. It's boring because I don't see a plot. I don't see any conflict. I don't care about the characters. And, I certainly dont see the point of the IM conversation. Remember this bit of advice when you're writing a story: everything you write has to reveal character (show the kind of person the character is) or move the plot forward. If it does neither of those things then delete it. Ask yourself how this IM conversation reveals who Hilary is or how it plays a role in the actual plot. If you can't figure out how then delete it, because it's insignificant, boring, and a waste of space. NEVER write anything just to fill up space. There should be significance to everything you write. Also, your IM conversation is confusing. Is her screen name Me or is it Hilary? Always be consistent when you write. This is a one. It's terrible, but that doesn't mean that you can't improve. I suggest you read as much as you can and pay attention to how the authors write their novels. Pay attention to how the authors build their scenes. Pay attention to how the authors develop their characters. Reading also helps with your grammar. Keep writing and reading and eventually it'll get better.

my sons all time fave. is nachos. you can use any leftover meat you have in the fridge. then i also put rice, beans, salsa and of course cheese. a good brand is tostitios. it is a little spicy and it has very good consistency. you can use canned beans and an instant rice kit; home made left overs from earlier in the week; or for and even easier solution pick up a side pre-made from a Mexican restaurant. to feed a family of four very generously i use a 1/4 pint of each rice and beans. then top it with fresh veggies like cilantro, onions and tomatoes. if you like spice, pickled jalapenos are really good.

Taco salads are easy to make. Just brown ground beef or turkey, add a taco seasoning pack and water (follow directions), then layer the meat and your favorite taco toppings either on top of chips or into taco salad bowls. Add sour cream and salsa and enjoy!
Of course, there's always burgers. Those are pretty easy to make.
Also, my favorite comfort food is chicken and dumplings. Just chop a small bag of baby carrots into a large pot of chicken broth (about 4 cups) and water (another 4 cups), cook until liquid is boiling and carrots soften. Add in chopped raw chicken, then top top dumplings (recipe is on the back of a box of Bisquick). When everything is done, we add butter to our bowls with the chicken and dumplings. Tastes SOOO good!

OR....
You can put some work into it and make your own individual pizzas with ice box biscuits. Roll out a couple biscuits for one pizza, Top with your favorite topping, place on cookie sheet, space the pizzas enough not to touch on the cookie sheet. Bake at 350 for about 10 minutes or until the topping is bubbling.

It's kinda fun to invite friends over and make, like, your own new recipes....just put some old junk that you'll never eat from the refrigerator and stick it in the blender...if you dont end up liking it, then you can hop in the car and go to Baskin Robins for some ice cream!
