There is such a thing, though I don't know of any myself because I do not chew gum or eat mints.
But I was reading through the answers and a few things I want to say regarding some of them.

When a product says "sugar free" it never means sugar free it means the product contains less than 1/2 gram of sugar per serving. Also corn syrup is just as bad as sugar and artificial sweeteners.
Reduced sugar means the product contains 25 percent less sugar per serving than the original food product.

Buy fresh mint. You can get it in the produce section of most any grocery store. Also, mint tea is always sugar free!

Does not exist.

Did you know that they put artificial sweetners in gum's & mints that are not surgar free? I can't find gum or a breath mint without artificial sweetner. Yep, even in gum like "Big Legue Chew" and "Bubblicious" which has tons of calories ... there's still artificial sweetner in it. IDK WHY???

I've had to settle with life savers but they have that corn surup stuff ... which is better than artifical sweetners.

Why not grow your own little pot of mint and chew on the leaves when you want that fresh minty breath? I have done this before. It is not so tasty, but it is not so bad either...and it works.
