I have not had sex or anything like that. i'm only 13...help. please.

This could be any number of things. If you take tub baths it can be an infection from that. You can have a yeast infection or a bartholin cyst that has become infected. You can get infections here from sitting around in a wet swim suit or not wearing cotton crotch underware. Because you are complaining about redness and burning, the most likely cause is a yeast infection. Tell your mom and go see your family doctor just to be sure.Yeast infections can happen to any female. It can happen because you have been on antibiotics that wipe out another infection and subsequently knock out the protective bacteria as well or as serious as an early indicator of high blood sugar and early diabetes. Tampons and pads that are allowed to get too wet can also cause this and are most likely. Talk to your mom and go see the doctor.

You should seek medical attention immediately. That is not an area you want to ignore if it has issues. Seek out a good gynecologist and make an appointment.

you need to get to a geinocologist asap!!
it could be a yeast infection or if it feels like a pinching it may even be crabs(i know you said you havent had sex but that is not the only way to get crabs!)both of which are highly contagious and can spread throughout your body!

try not to scratch it.
clean up with cool water, gently wipe it dry, and try Triamcinolone acetonide cream usp 0.1% on the affected area.
if you don't have that prescribed medicine, over- the- counter hydrocortisone cream (sell at drug stores, target, etc.) also helped. and talk to your parents, the elders, about this.
it's just a rash in a sensitive place.

I would definately go to a doc. If you haven't had sex then there is nothing to be ashamed of...talk to your mom. You really need to have it checked
