Fresh tomato and mozzarella salad sprinkled with olive oil, and black pepper
Then i'll get some large portabello mushrooms and stuff them with a herby garlicky stuffing with pine nuts, onion and mixed peppers - served with mixed salad leaves and good bread
Then my famous fruit kebabs ( strawberries, banana, mango, pineapple chunks, big black grapes) with two chocolate dips, one white one dark. The white one will have raspberry liquer in it.

yes Mack, they're all vegetarians - I'm only used to cooking for carnivores this is why I wanted to check the menu! Everything is organic, including the wine!! Eveybody is welcome!!!

Hey...the menu you are created is fab but i do not think\feel it would be filing...try to get some jacket potatoes or make some home made cut potatoes on the side and sprinkle it with some rosemary and seasonings. With that, the meal as whole gets your guest tummies full up...plus, if you are gonna have wine, and even better, loads of wine, then you will need a full stomach. Well just a suggestions!!

Mmmm, even it if were an omnivore I'd think this was a delicious menu! Especially the fruit kebabs-- I can't get enough fruit in this weather, & the mushrooms-- my SO doesn't care for shrooms so I don't get to have them nearly enough as I'd like.
Your guests will be delighted, I'm sure.

That sounds great. All of the food seems really fresh and summer-themed. And most women prefer a lighter dessert (and chocolate!), so they'll be happy about that I'm sure. Don't change the menue a bit.

The whole menu is very heathly and thats good aswell..
