I absolutely love chocolate milkshakes...my absolute favourite drink!! My favourite dessert has to be Baked Alaska..mmm!

Breakfast: often just water. Sometimes I drink juice or eat a granola bar or some fruit.
Lunch: Varies. Sometimes I eat a burrito. Sometimes I just have a low-fat smoothie. Sometimes I have a sandwich. Occasionally I break down and have a cheeseburger and fries. I usually drink iced tea.
Dinner: Varies considerably. There isn't anything I "generally" eat for dinner. Could be pasta. Could be salad. Could be steak or chicken. There is always a vegetable or two, but other than that there really is no typical dinner for me.
About two or three times a week I have dessert after dinner. Usually ice cream or something with chocolate.

Breakfast - small portions of a healthy cereal and low-fat milk, with a cup of coffee or tea
Snack - Fresh fruit and plain, non-fat, natural yogurt
Lunch - usually a salad and a swiss cheese and cucumber sandwich on whole grain bread
Another snack - more fruit
Dinner - Varies greatly (but is always paired with salad): Pasta (preferably whole grain), Veggie burgers or "chicken" patties, stir-fry, veggie burritos...
Favorite dessert (when I indulge) - Ben & Jerry's brownie chunk ice cream
Favorite drink (somewhat unfortunately) - Pabst Blue Ribbon

I love my smoothies. I eat them for breakfast and sometimes right before bed if I'm really empty and hungry.
Smoothie has:
Frozen or fresh fruit, Soy/or rice milk, & silken tofu. I never add sugar- Sugar is Satan.
I also love veggies! I make a stir fry that is easy and so good.
long green beans
cooked carrots (micro in bowl 5 min with water and cover)
Vadalia onion
mushrooms
firm tofu - cubed
spices: sea salt, fresh ground pepper, Hot Madras Curry Powder, garlic powder.
Great Pasta dish:
Spagetti Sause
can of chopped tomatoes
sauted onion and large chunks of portabello mushrooms
whole grain pasta - penne
ground "meat" crumbles - soy ground burger
easy and delicious.
I eat tons of veggies without abandon. I eat fruit as much as I want too. I eat tofu, nuts, nut butters and wheat free bread by
Food For Life.
I do NOT eat sugar, soda pop of any kind, and no artificial sweeteners. No meat, and no eggs or milk.

I wake up and have a slim fast. At lunch, I walk a mile and usually have a small balanced meal. I have an apple and bana between lunch and dinner.
Dinner is usually bigger, but still balanced. I usually have a grapefruit for desert.
I have a snack of avacados before in the evening.
My fav drink is Bud Light (for adults only).

Breakfast: 6 cups of black organic coffee
Lunch: fresh veggies cooked the night before
Dinner: fresh veggies I'm cooking for tomorrow's lunch, or veggie "chicken" patty with steak fries (chips).
Dessert: usually none, but sometimes chai ice cream or Ben & Jerry's oatmeal cookie ice cream.
Favorite drink: water. Other than my morning coffee, I drink nothing but water.....oh, and a couple of glasses of chardonnay.

For breakfast I have special k with fresh bannas that I cut up and put in it.
Lunch I have Fake chicken veggie Pattie and applesauce
Dinner Veggie corn dog and french fries ocansionally!
And Desert 1 serving of Ice cream! But on mondays I don't eat all day!

snack cheese 2 oz or deli turkey or more fruit
dinner turkey or chicken can be either burgers or grounded or the breast or meat its self
with alot of veges like broccoli or green beans or carrots
or I would have a salad for lunch or at dinner big one with turkey sliced on top lettuce cheese tomato slices olives and cucumbers
favorite drink sparkling flavored water
and arizona green diet tea

I usually eat fried tofu for breakfast, a sandwhich or salad for lunch, either veggie tacos or veggie fish sticks. I love V8 tropical, and volcano cake which is fruits whipped cream.

Breakfast- Oatmeal, two slices of toast with ghee, one glass of orange juice, and a banana.
Brunch- an apple and a fruit or groanola bar.
Lunch- a veggie burger or veggie lunch meat sandwhich with cheese and tomatos and grapes or cantaloupe.
Dinner- Asian salad, vegtable yakisoba, portabella burger, stir fry, pasta with parmesean and garlic sauce, or vegetarian pizza. One glass of chocolate soy milk
Snacks- papya, cucumber slices, vegan fruit snacks, flat earth potato chips, pineapple slices, orange slices, celery with peanut butter and raisens.
Drinks- at least 1/2 gallon of water and 1 cup of green tea.
