Smoothies are a great meal replacement. You can make them with anything, and they can be low fat or not. I usually make them with 2/3 cup of soymilk (you can use regular milk instead) and whatever combo of fruits and vegetables I want. Some good combos are 1 banana and 2/3 cup frozen strawberries; 1 banana and 2/3 cup frozen pineapple and mango chunks; 1 apple (peeled and cored) and 2/3 cup baby carrots; or 2/3 cup frozen peach slices,1 banana and green tea instead of milk. You can also make a chocolate peanut butter smoothie with 2/3 cup soymilk or milk, two spoonfuls of peanut butter, 1 banana and some cocoa powder. You can also add protein powder, crushed fiber supplements, crushed vitamin supplements, wheat grass or any other health additive you want.

You shouldn't replace all your meals with liquids though, unless you are on a juice fast. Have at least one balanced meal and a snack everyday.

Drinks will not supplement food nutritionally. However, if you're just looking for something else to drink other than water that's healthy, look to many non-caffeinated teas. Some of my favorites include white ambriosa, jasmine, and chai tea. Also, you can make low-fat, sugar-free smoothies by using fruits, tofu or unsweetened yogurt. They are more filling than other drinks and you would be getting nutrients. Also, you can add some wheat germ powder to your drinks in order to get the protein your body needs. However, as I've said before, you cannot simply do a liquid diet and exclude food - but you can eat less food and get the rest of nutrition by making enriched smoothies and taking a daily multivitamin/multimineral.

Are you asking if this is a good idea? No, because the variety is very limited. And I bet you'll get hungry.

But some people do have to live on tube feedings, no oral food. They usually do that w/ about 7-8 cans of Ensure or Sustacal a da y. Give that a shot, see how you like it.
