In some tournaments, especially the smaller ones there are fewer divisions and a wider age and weight spread. Try to get a copy of the tournament flyer or call the person putting on the tournament and ask them to e-mail one to you. If you start comparing some of the tournaments to others you will find that larger ones that draw more competition usually offer more divisions and make a better allowance for this kind of situation. If you more closely scrutinize the tournament flyers and talk to some of the other competitors and get on a few mailing lists you will soon find which tournaments are better for you and which offer more divisions.

you also have to remember that most fighters cut some weight before a fight so they can be stronger/bigger than their opponents. Rich Franklin for example cuts about 15-20 lbs when training for a fight.

being 125, your mma weight class would be flyweight. You can try heavyweight class too since it doesn't have a weight limit.

The lowest sanctioned weight class in MMA is flyweight, which is 125 lbs and under. You should search online for flyweight MMA, there have to be events available for it somewhere if the weight class exists.

Yes their is a weight class for you and I don't think its legal for you to fight guys that much bigger if this was a sanctioned fight.
And where are you located?

Sooo...what are you going to do if a thug picks a fight with you and he is bigger than you?
