Well, it would depend on what the follow-ups' are for?? 1) Bypass Surgery 2) Heart Valve Surgery 3) Pacemaker check-up 4) Internal De-fib. Device 4) Medication follow-up for blood pressure, heart irregularities, Coumadin ( "blood thinner"), to name a few. 5) Stent Placement check-up 6) x-rays, EKG, Cardiac Ultrasound 6) Femoral Popliteal Bypass surgery follow-up 7) Myocardial Infarct ( heart attack) 8) Post Operative Complications IE: infection. 9) Endocarditis, Myocarditis follow-up 10) Cardiac Catherization. Basically, if you have a follow-up for any heart disorder, then you need to go see the Cardiologist. I wasn't exactly sure as to what your question was looking for. I hope that this helps.
