temporarily, if someone requires a complete transfusion (or nearly so) and they cant type and cross match the blood and have to do the universal donor/ universal recipient thing. This will yield a false or inconclusive reading than to "change" a blood type. The blood test may detect the other blood type if performed in close time proximity to the transfusion, but the body is already auto-correcting.
This effect is VERY temporary as the body will begin to produce its own blood cells immediately and they will be of the original type as outlined in the persons genetic makeup.

no its not. because once you had been transfused by another blood type, then you will be having blood transfusion reaction, like anaphylactic shock. so thats why before blood transfusion, the doctor determines your blood type including the Rh, then before Bld transfusion administration, there should be 2 nurses or 1 nurse and 1 doctor, checking your chart and checking the blood pack, to ensure no mistake, or else it may cause your life

In simple terms, No! Unless the person receives the correct blood type, he / she will die. The internal organs (liver, kidneys etc) have to receive compatable blood otherwise they would reject it and anti-bodies would attack it. Basically, if somebody receives incompatable blood, the body would just shut down as the organs would fail.

Two positives is fine, in fact the only time there is a problem is if the mother is negative and the father is positive. The only way I see a problem is if the baby is blood type A or AB or a negative.

Nope! blood type is determined by your DNA... Even if you could change every blood cell in your body, you would continue making your own blood. Then you'd die.. i can't remember why.
