It depends 1. on the state and 2. if it's curable.
If it's Gential Herpes, look up what your state law is. Google is the easiest way.
If they gave you HIV and they knew they had it. It's negilgent homizide (it's late- can't spell). This is punishable in any state.
For other STD's the answer would be know. From a legal stand point. You guilty of self negilence because you slept with the person. You made a responsible decission to engage i the activity and assume the risk responsibilty. Think it's wrong? Ask yourself this- before you engaged in the act(the act that infected you) did you ask if they had an STD or been tested? Probably not. So technically there was no lie. You never asked.
Sorry hun, just have to take it as life's lessons. I do wish you the best and hope it's something curable

yeah, I agree with George. Only if you can prove he knew he had it. I'm very very sorry that this happened to you. Unfortunately, this is an all but to common case. Especially with Herpes and other STD's that might not show any symptoms yet can be passed on quite easily. It's best to maybe break up with this person, and join some type of support group if you do have something like herpes which has no cure. Again, I'm sorry.

only if you have evidenciary support, that proves she did it on purpose, then i say yes. they probably wont arrest her, but i say sue her and make her pay for what she did. just try and have all the right evidence.

Why would you want to do that? Get a life, and pick your girl friend more carefully next time.

If you had been doing everything right she wouldn't have had to cheat. That's your fault.
