Any food ideas?
I think she said glucose; something starting with a 'g' anyway. She doesn't eat white bread.
or just an easy vegan dish would be good, she's not actually allergic to anything, so i guess she might just have to deal.

Gluten, not glucose. All starches and sugars are converted to glucose in the body (including a diabetic's body, the only difference being that a diabetic has to restrict the amounts).
She can eat breads made from other grains (rye, corn). She can eat quinoa, rice, barley and other grains. And lots of legumes.
How about a vegan Italian minestrone with barley instead of pasta? Complete protein if you don't make it too watery.

Gluten is a wheat flour product. You will have to avoid anything with wheat or wheat products or by-products.
Some allergies are merely uncomfortable. Others can result in death. If I were you I would take it seriously.
No-gluten vegan, huh?
You'd better ask, unless you're a vegan too. Chances are good that shes's heavily into organics which restricts things even further.
I got a buck that says your concern, consideration and real desire to observe and respect her dietary necessities will be met with some surprise and a HUGE amount of admiration and gratitude.
Best wishes!

It is probably not glucose (I am not sure you can get away with not eating glucose, it is not only in everything, but your body needs it). But gluten is in white bread (people with Celiac disease have an issue with gluten, it hurts the villi in their small intestines and makes it harder to absorb/digest things such as dairy.) I am wondering what this person DOES eat, because once you cut out meat, fish, most dairy and bread, that doesn't leave much. However pita bread doesn't have gluten and also lots of fruits and veggies are key. I suggest looking at allrecipes.com (or google, I could be mistaken, but I think that is the site).

I think you mean gluten.
Gluten comes from whea. Many vegans use a gluten product known as Seitan. Some people have gluten allergies. The most extreme is called Celiac Disease.
You'll probably be ok with a tofu dish. Get some Bragg's Sesame Ginger Salad Dressing. A pack of Extra Firm Tofu.
Slice the Tofu in about half inch width. Marinate it in the salad dressing. Then grill it.
Serve with veggies and/or salad of your choice.

Might be Gluten, lots of info on how bad it is for you even if you are NOT allergic. That includes anything with lots of grain: wheat, "flour," rye, barley, spelt, MSG, goes on & on. I found out last year I was allergic too it, so have been educating myself.
I eat alot of brown Rice, Qunioa,Rice pastas..fresh fruits & veggie always work. simple salad dressing.

If they are not eating glucose , that is sugar , and may be diabetic .
If they're not eating gluten , that is wheat and some persons have bad reactions to wheat (gluten).
If it is gluten make rice or potatoes with the veggies .
